The Support is sooooo Good! They fully dive into it and will do anything to let it work!
Absolutely love this app! A huge shoutout to Tom from the BSS team — he went above and beyond to help me set up store locking and configure discounts on my Shopify store. The support was fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tom made the whole process seamless and stress-free. If you're running a wholesale or B2B operation on Shopify, this is the app you need. 10/10 — highly recommend!
Thank you so much for the amazing review! It means a lot to hear that Tom was able to make the setup process smooth and help you get everything configured the way you needed.
We'll be sure to share your kind words with him. Your recommendation truly means a lot to our team, and we're always here if you need any further assistance. Wishing you continued success with your wholesale business! 🚀
BSS has been very easy to install and customer suport was fast, helpful, and effective. We've only tested it so far but it seems easy to use and intuitive. A special thanks to Hannah from customer service who's been a gem. Thank you :)
Werkt prima
We've been using BSS B2B Wholesale Solution to add a trade customer side to our Shopify store, and it's working really well. Custom pricing rules, discounted prices across product pages, collections, cart and checkout, and all running smoothly.
Special thanks to Emma & Lux on the support team, who were responsive throughout setup and coordinated a quick fix with their developers when we hit a theme-specific edge case.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! It's great to hear that your trade customer setup is running smoothly across your store. We're especially glad we could help resolve the theme-specific edge case without disrupting your workflow. We'll make sure Emma and Lux see your kind words. Thanks again for trusting BSS!
The app is very intuitive, but the most important aspect is the support, which works extremely well, always ready to help with everything, from the simplest to the most complex problems.
Their support is great they are very quick to response and find a solution to the problem we are having. Our sale price was not showing up on the product page and they were able to fix it less than 24hours. They are truly very good on problem solving and their support. I truly like that I'm able to chat with them and find a solution to our problems that day if not less than 24 hours.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really happy to hear that our team was able to identify and resolve the sale price issue so quickly.
Providing timely support and working closely with our merchants to find the right solution is something we truly care about. We're glad our live chat support has been helpful, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thank you for choosing BSS! 😊
If Tom is anything to go by, the crew at BSS is fabulous.
Tom was excellent, helped me set up the B2B app and also identified another app I needed called Lock. He helped me set that up also. His explanations were easy for me to grasp too.
Up till now I have had several points of contact with the team at BSS all of which have been excellent and Tom just topped that off.
Exemplary!
Thanks Tom.... I look forward to next time i experience your support again.
Lena from BSS Solutions was extremely helpful during our demo call. She clearly explained how the B2B Shopify app works, answered all of my questions, and made the setup process feel straightforward.
The solution is working well so far and looks like a strong fit for what we need. Great support, clear guidance, and a very positive first experience overall.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure meeting with you and learning more about your B2B requirements.
I'm delighted to hear the demo was helpful and that the app looks like a strong fit for your business. If any questions come up as you continue setting things up, don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help ♥️
BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing has been an excellent solution for managing our trade pricing. We’re able to personalize each product with a specific discount, which allows us to create a tiered pricing system tailored to our different trade accounts.
The support has been just as impressive. The development team has been incredibly helpful every time we’ve needed to make adjustments. Especially Ines, who always takes the time to understand our needs and is willing to go the extra mile to help us implement a solution.
Great app, great flexibility and outstanding support. Highly recommended for businesses looking for a reliable B2B pricing solution!
