Great app, with lots of useful features for B2B sales. Anne and the other consultants are always there to help and guide you if you have any questions, concerns, or issues. We wanted to give our B2B customers the option to register and set special prices for them. Everything worked out exactly as we needed it to.

The support team has been very helpful in resolving multiple issues we encountered, including unexpected B2B order behavior and delivery date not being saved correctly. Tom was a wonderful support person. He had to research several things and each time he was reliable about getting back to me. Tom is also very patient. He took the time to show me how to fix the issue and to explain carefully.
Excellent customer service! I love the chat. The support team is very responsive and prompt with communication. In most cases problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes there is a programming issue that may take longer, but I have been kept in the loop the whole time. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it. It makes my store more organized and allows me to manage wholesale business easily while still serving retail clients.
