I tried many app for B2B and this one was the best for my need. Support is fast and efficient. Thanks to the team :).
support is solid. the product does exactly what I need it to do. We use most pricing modules, including custom. I do think the UI could be more intuitive, but once it's set it works as intended. So they get 5 stars for this reason. I've had to use support a couple three times and each time their response time is super quick and my challenges are solved. So hats off to this.
Thank you for the honest and thoughtful feedback! We really appreciate you highlighting both what you like and where you think we can improve.
We're glad the app is meeting your pricing needs and that our support team has been able to resolve your questions quickly whenever you've reached out. Your comments about the UI are also valuable, and we'll share them with our product team as we continue improving the experience.
Thanks again for the 5 stars and for choosing BSS! 😊
Excellent support from Tom :)

We moved from another wholesale system to BSS. This is very easy to navigate, and it delivers as promises. The customer service was responding to my mail on Sunday, what was extremely nice!
Very happy with the app and the support team. Customer service was quick to respond, and the dev team solved the issues we encountered efficiently. Great experience overall.
