Lena was extremely helpful in walking through the app options and learning more about the customization options available.

We've been implementing BSS B2B Solution for our professional haircare wholesale store and the experience has been very positive.
The app offers a wide range of features including customer-specific pricing, quantity breaks, wholesale pricing, login restrictions and B2B customer management. We use several different pricing structures across our product categories and the flexibility of the system has allowed us to build a solution that fits our business requirements very well.
What stands out most is the support team. Ines has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. She has consistently taken the time to answer detailed questions, investigate technical challenges and guide us towards the best solutions. Response times have been fast, communication has been professional and we always felt supported.
As with any advanced B2B setup, some configurations require careful planning, but the support team has been there whenever we needed assistance.
If you're looking for a serious B2B solution for Shopify with excellent customer support, this app is definitely worth considering.
