BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

We have been looking for an app that lets us do true wholesale with quantity breaks but also individual custom pricing for our clients. And this app is exactly what we needed. And the best we can manually create orders now in the backend for those customers who prefer to call in rather than place their order online.
Installation was easy and the support team is awesome in helping us making some specific adjustments for our needs. We could not be happier.

Very pleased with this B2B app so far! It accomplishes many of the tasks that we need for our dealer portal on our website, and the custom pricing tools are probably the features we like (and use) the most. Anytime there has been an issue, the app developers have been very quick to respond, and always help us figure out how to change any applicable settings or fix code where need be. The B2B Wholesale solution is a very well developed app and offers a lot of flexibility to customize both the styling and functionality to complement almost any theme. I especially want to thank Le Trung Dong and Jolie Nguyen for their efforts and willingness to help our team customize the styling and UX of the app so that it works seamlessly with our theme. I give the app 5 stars but the customer service of Jolie and Le Trung takes the experience to another level.

We are using the application since two month and we are very satisfied with it. The application is very intuitive, offering us all the options we need for our B to B activity . The team ,Hoa Duong, Minh Dang, Tuli and Jonas, is very reactiv and always available to help us . We had lots of issue and asked them a lots of question . They came back to us always quickly with good solution ! It is really a great service ! They even do the programming job for us! Thank you!

This is a fabulous out of the box solution. It is a low cost solution and then any extras are available from the same team at reasonable prices. There is a very good trial period allowing you to get it set up and tested without paying a cent. Support is 7+ hours ahead of us but once I worked out the time difference support was excellent. I really got the feeling that I was getting personal one-to-one support. Once the installation is complete the app is very robust.

Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do.

Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

This app looks really complete, provides a lot of features that can help b2b businesses. Looking forward to see how much more can help me.
