BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We are using the custom pricing as well as the VAT exempt, tax display and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. And with the B2B Portal, we can create a whole new portal for the customer's neww experience. The Support agent June Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! June and her tech team - Phu Dao Van, Anh Trinh Viet and Anh Duc Tran were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us! On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

B2B/Wholesale Solution is a good app if you are running a B2B website for wholesalers. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign special prices depending on customers' type, and use Custom pricing purchases to determine pricing.
B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specific content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow customers can access the page with a few steps of simple settings.
We dealt with the BSS Commerce's support representative June Nguyen who was very responsive to deal with our problems and answer my questions. The tech guy is awesome too when he has worked hard on my case to bring out the results. Dev Phu Dao Van helped with styling the form, the other devs are Hau Nguyen Tien, Phong Bui Thanh and Khanh Nguyen Dinh fix the error of showing custom prices on my site when the theme and the app are a little incompatible. They did a great job.
There's some error on my site and struggling to make the rule work but the team did an amazing job on make it works.

The Support Agent Jolie Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! Jolie and her tech team - Nguyen Tien Hau and Mai Van Quy were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. The design that I need is a little complicated and they can fix it as perfectly as I required. They answered really quickly and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed. On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

Big thank you to Emma C and the tech Hoang Van Luan, I recently upgraded my theme and needed some assitance in getting the app to work correctly. I made a support ticket and received a response very quick!

They both ensured that all of the features needed for my website were installed and worked correctly. The Tax Incl/Excl Display, Wholesale Registration, Custom Pricing & Order Limits all allow me to run my website efficiently. Order Limits is great for limiting the amount of products a customer can purchase or for creating a minimum order. I also found that in my use case I set a list of products to “Maximum Order Amount = 0” and apply to specific customer tags. This way I can limit certain customers from being able to purchase certain products. Which is great if you have products only available to specific customers e.g. wholesale vs normal.

There are plenty of other features I see myself using in the future such as the shipping rate. So I can exclude customers with business courier account from shipping fees allowing them to be charged the exact amount to there account. Overall I am very happy with the app itself and the customer support I received from Emma and Hoang. If it weren’t for them I don’t know where I’d be! Amazing overall service.

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.

Was difficult first setting up but that may be due to the fact we have around 1300 products to manage. I can imagine it being a lot easier with a smaller store. The customer service from Emma is excellent and she always has rapid replies even with the time zone difference (7 hours). There were a few features which needed tweaking for them to work such as the Autotag feature but it was quickly resolved and works okay now thanks to the Tech guy. Helpful advice and easy steps to follow.

One thing to improve on would be when editing the rules you have to edit them one by one or you can upload a spreadsheet but it means replacing the current rules and they won't come into play unless the new rules have higher priority so I would suggest when starting to put all rules on 99 (Lowest priority). There should be some way to edit your rules in bulk. Also, if your CSV file is wrong, the app will only tell you one error at a time which means uploading the CSV files countless times until all errors are resolved instead of the app telling you all errors at once. The price is slightly high but the app does come with a lot of different helpful features on the advanced plan.

Highly recommend if you're looking to create different prices for different customers without setting up a whole new website!

The Team around Jolie Nguyen and the developers Mai Van Quy and Bui Thanh Phong were so helpful and forthcoming. Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the app so far. Joy and Hoang Van Luan especially were a great help in supporting us during the set-up process and went far and beyond anything we could have expected. On the websites that I have so far managed, I have installed this program. I had a hard time handling issues, so I got in touch with the support staff, and Joy was a supporter who helped me amazingly. The whole team fixed all issues that I reported, from the VAT box, the custom price function to the order note. Every time I contacted them they all supported me well without any hesitation and tried to fullfill my requirement. The app nearly meets our own fulfillment and I have no doubt about that. Especially, Joy is one of the very helpful, friendly, and wonderful agent I have worked with. She really has made my day and I feel so so happy about what she has done to me. I also want to thank the dev Hoang Van Luan, a special tech expert, a master in solving everything and even set up the function for me to run smoothly at my site. The B2B wholesale solution from BSS works great and I highly recommend it. However, the integration support and Emma in particular is outstanding. BSS B2B wholesale solution offers so many integration options that I don't want to go into details about the app here. My recommendation is to just try and contact Emma's integration support. Emma supported me in finding solutions in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely, is very helpful and patient. Together with the technician and expert Cuongnvm, new solutions were implemented within hours and the entire customizing process took no longer than a few days. My very special thanks to Emma and Cuongnvm. I'm a business owner and not a software integration specialist. As I started the test period I mentioned that there are a lot of details to customize and I didn't have answers for all customizing needs. Emma patiently supported me. I learned quickly through the transparency and precision of Emma Information. Customizing support by Emma also means to get an intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support.
In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Emma and Cuongnvm from the technical team.
