I can only recommend BSS B2B as the app offers everything we need for out B2B set up. When we came across functionality that was not available, their dev team was happy to develop this extra feature for us. Their support team has always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this app.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support!
The app meets almost all of our needs and offers great flexibility and functionality. What impressed us the most is the incredibly fast response time from the support team. They are always helpful, professional, and quick to resolve any questions or issues we encounter.
Special thanks to Lux for the exceptional support, quick responses, and dedication to helping us find the best solutions. We truly appreciate all the assistance!
Highly recommended to any Shopify merchant!

We’re setting up B2B pricing for our store, and BSS helped resolve an issue with discounts not appearing in our theme. Ivy kept us informed, and the technical team got the pricing working correctly.

Our customers can now see the original and discounted prices, and the discount carries through to checkout. The team also confirmed that our percentage discounts will automatically follow changes to regular product prices, which is essential for us. Thank you for your help!

We use BSS B2B Solution for our wholesale customers, and it covers everything we need: an approval process for B2B customers, wholesale pricing, and volume discounts. This time I set up an extra discount for B2B customers who buy 3 or more of the same product, and it works exactly as intended. Audrey from the support team explained everything very clearly and carefully, and she always replied quickly, so I feel confident using this app. Highly recommended for anyone selling B2B on Shopify!

I’ve had a fantastic experience using BSS B2B Solution for my Shopify store. The app itself is powerful and highly customizable, but what truly sets them apart is their incredible support team.

Huge thanks to Kyle, Hannah, and Audrey for their swift, efficient, and super friendly assistance! They helped us configure the theme code and set up the volume pricing display perfectly in no time.

Highly recommended for any merchant looking for a reliable B2B suite and top-notch customer support! 5 stars!

This app has been a valuable solution for managing specialised pricing across different customer groups. Whenever we've encountered an issue or had a question, the BSS team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and quick to help. Their willingness to troubleshoot and work through challenges with us has made implementation and ongoing management much smoother. We've greatly appreciated their support and professionalism, and would happily recommend the app to businesses looking for flexible pricing functionality backed by great customer service.

Excellent support and a very useful app. We use the EU VAT exemption feature, and the BSS team helped us ensure that our free gift remained correctly priced at €0 during the tax-exempt checkout flow. Lux was extremely helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, recorded a test video and helped us confirm that the setup was working correctly. Highly recommended!

This app is Fantastic, it works exactly how we needed and the customer support is great. I work on different hours then the BSS team, but they still respond within 24 hours of ticket request and 99.9% of the time there is a fix, and that .1% that is not fixed they have spent time and money to fix and come up with a correction for that one issue.

Unlimited Business price list for our wholesale and business clients is a must and for the price it is a steal of a deal.

Thanks to Tom for his help and all his customer support team.

Ines was AMAZING. I've worked with a lot apps through Shopify. By far this was the best service I've ever received. The amount they charge for this app supersedes the support you'll receive. They are also very responsive. I needed the app initially because Shopify discontinued our original form. At first I was apprehensive about changing but this was even better than what we had before. I'll be a lifelong customer.
