WOW!! Alena and the team offer amazing support and got our B2B wholesale products online in no time. We had tried multiple B2B apps but the quality of the support with BSS was so good that we chose them.
This is such a fantastic compliment, thank you! ❤️ We’re so glad Alena and the team could help you get your wholesale products up and running smoothly.
Knowing that you tried other B2B apps and ultimately chose us because of the support you received means a lot. We’ll make sure Alena sees this recognition! 😊 We’re excited to be part of your wholesale journey and are always just a message away if you need us.
The service from this team is outstanding, they really know how to work hard to resolve issues and problems we have had. Keep it up!
That really means a lot to us, thank you! ❤️ We’re glad our team could put in the extra effort to work through the issues and get things back on track for you. We truly appreciate your patience and encouragement. We’ll keep doing our best to be there whenever you need us! 🙌
Support is super quick to answer and efficient. App works as intended and is super easy to setup. Only took me about 2-3 hours to set up my whole B2B and B2C versus 8+ hours on other platforms that I used in the past. Totally Recommend!
Thank you so much for your recommendation! We're delighted to hear that the app was easy to set up and helped you get your B2B and B2C workflows running much faster than other solutions you've tried.
It's also great to know our support team was able to provide quick and efficient assistance whenever you needed it. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to supporting your business as it grows!
We’ve been working with this app for months and we’re very happy with it. We apply discounts to specific customers, it helps us manage maximum purchase quantities, and it lets us control quantity increments when selling certain products. Overall, it’s a very complete app. We had an issue and the support team — especially Lux — solved everything without any problem. We definitely recommend it. Thank you.
The support team has been very helpful in resolving multiple issues we encountered, including unexpected B2B order behavior and delivery date not being saved correctly. The team was responsive and thorough in investigating each case, and fixes were applied quickly. Highly satisfied with the quality and speed of support!
We are setting up and opening soon our B2B shop. And the features match our needs. The customer service is available and ready to help through setting up the app and defining how it can match our expectations.
Thanks to Lena from the customer support for her help !
Excellent and fast service. Thank you Ruby your wonderful
We started using the BSS B2B Wholesale Solutions app to allow us to change our pricing for our wholesale customers at log in and it works great. It also allows us to set up Net customers, which is a convenient tool that we were excited to not have to work around. We needed custoemr support to make some features work with our theme and the team was great! Helen and Hannah were great communicators, very kind and informing us what to expect and staying in contact. Jeff and Lux were very responsive, able to fix our issues and make all the aspects needed to work with our site theme!
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear that the app has been a great fit for your wholesale business, especially for custom pricing and Net payment terms.
It's also wonderful to know that Helen, Hannah, Jeff, and Lux were able to help get everything working smoothly with your theme. We'll be sure to share your kind words with them. Thanks again for your trust and support! 😊
Ines has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the app works well for managing our B2B and custom pricing needs. It has made the setup much easier for our store, and we are very happy with the service provided. Happy to recommend!
Ines and the team are incredible. So very helpful for every step of setup. Always responding very quickly to any help I need. Such a great app to use. Thank you so much
