They don't support the features in their app. When a feature didn't work, we asked for assistance and rather than fixing the issue they told us that they don't support the feature anymore (even though there's no indication anywhere that the feature has been deprecated, and their support article on the feature was updated less than a month ago). Support told us that the solution would just be to "avoid" that feature. lol.

First of all, we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused you. We completely understand why you raised this concern, especially when the feature was still shown in our documentation and the article had been updated recently.
We’d like to clarify what happened here. The issue you encountered comes from the compatibility between our BOGO module and Net Terms. The BOGO module is an older feature, and unfortunately, it does not reliably work with Net Terms. However, we recognize that this limitation was not clearly communicated in our documentation. That is something we should have made clearer, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion.
More importantly, we understand that simply being told to “avoid” the feature was frustrating and did not address your actual needs. That was not the experience we wanted you to have with our support team.
We’ve already reached out to you by email because we’d really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly, understand how you’re using BOGO and Net Terms, and discuss what we can do from our side.
We’re also working on a new and more stable BOGO solution, and we’d be happy to share our plan with you and discuss whether it could better fit your requirements.

We’ve been using the app for several years now and have always been very happy with it.
What really stands out is the customer support. Whenever something doesn’t work or we have a question, we can reach out at any time and usually receive fast and competent help. Any issues we’ve had were always resolved quickly.
Highly recommended if you’re looking to build a professional B2B store.
We’ve had a great experience using the BSS app to manage our website pricing. We use the Price List and Volume Pricing features to control our special pricing, as well as the API features for our integrations, and the app has worked really well for our needs.
The support has also been excellent. I recently had an issue and Lux was incredibly kind, responsive and efficient. She understood the problem straight away and had everything resolved within a matter of minutes. It’s great knowing that when we do need assistance, there’s such a helpful and knowledgeable support team available.
Highly recommend BSS for both the functionality of the app and the quality of their customer support!
I wasn't sure at first if I had set up the app correctly, but everyone at the company (especially Lena!) have been so helpful and working with me to get everything working exactly how we want it. I like that there are so many options for including/excluding products and collections and should make it easier to streamline our wholesale process. Definitely recommend!

I have just started using the app, primarily utilizing the volume pricing feature to display our tiered wholesale rates. Compared to other plugins, I find the functionality and logic here to be superior, which is why I ultimately chose this app. The support agents are also highly professional; they provide solutions and responses to my requests and even proactively coordinate with their internal teams regarding development needs. Lux has been a massive help with me, I needed help utilizing Net Terms / Pay later functionality as my theme wasn't supported and they manually installed it for me! :)
This app is extremely useful for any eCommerce platform which has business customers ticking every box you may face

My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow.
Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow.
Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up.
Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

BSS was the best choice for setting up the flow I wanted. It wasn’t exactly perfect out of the box, and I did run into a few technical hiccups along the way, but the support team has been amazing.
A special shoutout to Ivy, who was incredibly helpful and patient in helping me figure everything out and get the setup working the way I wanted. The level of support really made a big difference in my overall experience.
