BSS B2B卸売価格設定

Exceptional app and even better customer service! I was struggling to get my price files and client settings configured correctly for my wholesale store. Phoebe stepped in and completely saved the day. He didn't just send me a generic tutorial; he actually went in and set everything up directly from his end when I was stuck. The app itself is incredibly robust, and the entire BSS team is helpful and fast to respond. If you want a B2B app with a support team that actually cares about your business success, this is it. Massive thank you to Phoebe!

Very good customer service, team was able to onboard me to the app, explain, and make minor customazations with their development team to fit my needs. We use Hubspot for CRM and integrated very well.

We use B2B/Wholesale Solution for our B2B Shopify store and are extremely happy so far. The app covers everything we need: custom registration forms, approval workflows, customer groups, B2B pricing and net price logic.

The support team is exceptional: they respond very fast, understand complex setups and have already helped us with custom email templates, styling, VAT handling, metafields and registration logic. Even special requests were implemented by the dev team.

Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to build a serious B2B setup on Shopify.

It was not up and running at first, but support responded well.

The support team is incredibly responsive and sincere. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly and thoroughly. You can feel that they truly care about helping users. Highly appreciated!

I have had support respond immediately to any problems that I have had. Thanks for the good support.

Good support when installing the app.
The pages are fast and stable. I will use it well from now on.

Works great. Support team is very helpful. Since I just started using this app, I will see how this goes.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Joy Nguyen, your amazing support agent, who made my experience with your app a truly pleasant one. Joy went above and beyond to ensure that all my queries and concerns were resolved promptly and effectively.
She was always friendly, approachable and patient, and took the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions in a clear and concise manner. Her expertise on the CSV file of custom price and other app features was truly impressive, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the solutions provided. I would also like to commend the rest of the BSS team for providing exceptional customer support. You have created a culture of excellence that is reflected in the way your team conducts itself, and this is something that should be celebrated and acknowledged. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of support that I received from Joy and the Wholesale Solution team. I am confident that I made the right choice in choosing your app, and I will definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution. Thank you again for everything, and please extend my gratitude to Joy and the rest of your team. I will definitely come to ask you again if I have further questions or concerns.
