timely support, quick fix, high rating customer service

Alena and Ruby went above and beyond when helping us integrate the app on an unsupported theme. Their development team helped edit the theme directly and carried on making updates until it met our business requirements. I'm very happy to give them a 5* review for the BSS B2B solution and the effort they put in will keep it being an integral part of our solution for a long time to come.

For our B2B webshop, it is important that certain products can only be ordered in specific quantities or multiples. The Order Increment feature gives us exactly the flexibility we need and integrates smoothly into our Shopify store.

What we also really appreciate is the excellent support from the BSS team. Whenever we have a question or encounter an issue, they respond quickly, take the time to understand our specific setup, and actively work towards a solution.

A very useful feature, backed by a professional and responsive support team. Highly recommended for B2B Shopify stores.

Excellent for wholesale customers and great support from the BSS team! They helped me quickly resolve my issue with discounted prices not showing on product pages for wholesale customers. Everything works perfectly now.

A very good and extremely helpful product that allows us to manage both B2B and B2C customers. We’re excited to see how it will evolve in the future! Most importantly, outstanding support from the team: Johnny, Lux, Sammy, and Kellie, who are consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. 5-stars!

Absolutely outstanding customer support and help with any request we’ve made so far. We required a few custom features for our store, and the team at BSB B2B has gone above and beyond to ensure our store works exactly as needed with their app. The app itself is packed with B2B features, and the value from these features and the support make it well worth it!

Amazing App, B2B fully functional with cheap price and great support, i had 3 problems with my theme not working with the app and they fixed it super fast. 5 Stars, quality all around

Weiter so! :-)

If you're looking for b2b app then BSS B2B is a great app as they fulfil all the area that we actually wanted and even they do customization as per the suggest which is most interesting part. their customer support is awesome as well.

BSS B2B Wholesale really helps us to develop our B2B business and allows us to set specific pricing for each customer and QB rules very easy. Their best feautre is the support and dev team, Lux and Johnny have been really helpful and assisted us implementing new features to our site.
