Agree with other reviewers that the support team on this app are second to none. A reason in of itself for selecting this app. Thanks to them we're up and running now.

After spending an entire day trying to troubleshoot an issue with the discount code field disappearing during checkout, Jonas from the BSS support team resolved it in under 10 minutes. He immediately understood the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done, and guided me on applying the fix without any back-and-forth. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent support — thank you, Jonas!

Jonas and his team solved some problems with the versions of the forms so I could translate them and verify the sender email. They did it quickly and perfectly

Good service! To install everything by my own was a bit too complicated. The team assisted me and installed the dificulties. Also there was a problem with pricing. They also fixed it in one day.

The BSS Commerce team have gone above and beyond in helping us to add a B2B section to our Shopify store.

Jonah's patient and professional approach, excellent communication and detailed support to help integrate our rather exact requirements, was hugely appreciated.

No hesitation in giving them a 5 star review!
