The support team has been very helpful in resolving multiple issues we encountered, including unexpected B2B order behavior and delivery date not being saved correctly. The team was responsive and thorough in investigating each case, and fixes were applied quickly. Highly satisfied with the quality and speed of support!
Tom was a wonderful support person. He had to research several things and each time he was reliable about getting back to me. Tom is also very patient. He took the time to show me how to fix the issue and to explain carefully.
Excellent customer service! I love the chat. The support team is very responsive and prompt with communication. In most cases problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes there is a programming issue that may take longer, but I have been kept in the loop the whole time. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it. It makes my store more organized and allows me to manage wholesale business easily while still serving retail clients.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We're especially happy to hear that our chat support has made a difference and that you've felt informed every step of the way, even when an issue required more time to resolve.

Tom was very nice, good and fast solutions! Thanks!
We have not yet implemented the app, but we are very confident it will suit our needs after the complimentary onboarding session we had with Lena.
