We're using the app to manage custom B2B terms, and it has been working very well for our needs. The support team responded quickly and helped us customize our theme code so the app would work exactly as we wanted. Great service and fast, helpful support!

Good app, however, it didn't work right away when I installed it.

I had to contact their technical team, but they were very responsive, so no issues there.

Just a little pricey too.

Aside from these two points, it's a 5-star rating.

We've been using the BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution App and are truly impressed – especially by how easy it is to use. The interface is well-organized, and core features like tiered pricing, customer groups, and registration forms are quick to set up. Even without technical expertise, it's simple to get started and manage everything.

What really stands out, though, is the exceptional support. No matter how big or small the question, the support team is always extremely responsive and helpful. There are many B2B Apps out there but this is undoubtedly the best.

So lets get into the details:
1.) The App covers almost all functions necessary in order to run a B2B Shopify Store if not all of them. It offers so much we had to slowly expand the feature set and are finding new gems every time we visit the app.

2.) It is highly customizable. You can tailor it exactly to your needs even assigning different priorities to discount rules for instance to make sure the customer gets the best deal available to them under your applied rules.

3.) You can translate everything that is visible to the customer in your language of choice.

But the biggest selling point of this app is not the app itself but the people behind it.

This is by far the best customer support we ever had with any Shopify app. They go above and beyond to help you with any kind of questions or inquiries. No matter if you need installation of functions on your specific theme or you want someone to check if the pricing rule you have setup is setup correctly.

Their support is better than most paid supports we ever encountered and is above all free!

To make my point clear: If you are looking for a B2B App you will be well of with this one.

I managed to ditch some previous Apps we had because BSS expanded the App Features.
