I tried many app for B2B and this one was the best for my need. Support is fast and efficient. Thanks to the team :).
support is solid. the product does exactly what I need it to do. We use most pricing modules, including custom. I do think the UI could be more intuitive, but once it's set it works as intended. So they get 5 stars for this reason. I've had to use support a couple three times and each time their response time is super quick and my challenges are solved. So hats off to this.

App is flexible and developers can ajust it for your needs. Their team provided to us a lot of customizations and was open to our requests.
For our B2B webshop, it is important that certain products can only be ordered in specific quantities or multiples. The Order Increment feature gives us exactly the flexibility we need and integrates smoothly into our Shopify store.
What we also really appreciate is the excellent support from the BSS team. Whenever we have a question or encounter an issue, they respond quickly, take the time to understand our specific setup, and actively work towards a solution.
A very useful feature, backed by a professional and responsive support team. Highly recommended for B2B Shopify stores.

We've been using the app for our webshop for several years now, and we're very satisfied with it. Initially, we needed to have the support team make some specific adjustments, but Joy and her team were very helpful. B2B pricing works as it should, and we have many rules regarding this.
We recently had an update to our registration form, and it wasn't working properly. I contacted support, and Lux responded immediately, and her team resolved the issue quickly.
