I received a dedicated support agent within less than 24 hours and all my problems were explained and solved as well within that short time frame. I can only recommend working with this company!
great app, works well, friendly support and fast at replying to your needs for whatever specific help you need for your store
The App has too many flexible features
And the support is too cooperative
Thanks to Ines
The customer support is responsive and knowledgable on the app, especially Audrey from the team. Would recommend this app for store that needs support for B2B workflow
We had a fairly specific requirement for handling EU VAT validation on our Shopify store, and Ines went above and beyond to help us achieve exactly the workflow we wanted.
She was patient, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. When the initial setup wasn't fully compatible with our theme, she involved the development team, coordinated the investigation, and made sure the issue was resolved.
Thanks to her support, we now have a seamless setup where all customers can enter a VAT ID, valid VAT numbers are automatically validated, and VAT is only removed when the validation is successful—exactly as we needed.
Thank you, Ines, for your excellent support and dedication. It was a pleasure working with you!
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review!
We're so glad we could help you achieve the exact VAT validation workflow you were looking for. Every store has its own unique requirements, and it was our pleasure to work through the details with you to find the right solution.
We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Ines and the development team. They’ll be delighted to know their efforts made a real difference.
Thank you again for your trust and for working so closely with us throughout the process. We're always here if you need anything in the future!
Amazing support . They are always there to help you if you have problem
I got help straigh away when I contacted the support and someone called Lux was able to solve our issue within 10min. :)
This plugin has been working really well so far. We had some customizations that needed to be made. Ruby and the rest of the team were able to help us get it customized and working as intended.
Ines , Hannah and the team so super helpful and responsive! I'm currently working though implementing this onto our website and have asked for many things to be adjusted, and nothing is too hard! Looking forward to moving forward with BSS B2B and am confident the support team will be able to help with anything along the way. Amazing so far.
Eine tolle und umfangreiche B2B Shopify App! Viele Funktionen die das Leben einfach besser machen! Danke an Ruby und das gesamte Support Team für den tollen und schnellen Support!
