BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

The app works really well for us, but the real stars here are the support team!

Jonas went above and beyond to help me this morning with a shipping issue I thought was related to BSS. It turned out to be caused by another app, but that didn’t stop Jonas from dedicating his time to finding a solution. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive - he genuinely couldn’t do enough to assist me.

I’m so grateful for the effort he put in, and it’s refreshing to see such outstanding customer service. Huge thanks to Jonas and the team!

What makes an app is the support and these guys have been first class, even during Lunar New Year - thank you guys :-)

We are working with the BSS app. Despite a few areas where it may have been lacking, Mida and Anne from their chat team, along with their development department, have made an extraordinary effort to help resolve every issue, allowing us to reach our goal quickly. A HUGE THANK YOU from us!

Emma in support along with her technical team fixed my form over the weekend and also offered to improve the format to match my web page. She and her team were proactive, fast, and got the job done. Really appreciate excellent support like this as it is hard to find!

App is working great. Definately recommend- support is a big plus for any software user!

Cheers,

Matt

I have just installed this app and the customisation process has been very smooth. Emma has been fantastic, answering my requests very quickly and understanding my needs.
I have used other wholesale apps in the past which were either complicated or had a poor customer service so I can compare!
I really recommend it.

Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

Fast and professional service. I took out a one-year subscription. There is no doubt that it will be renewed on an annual basis.

The app works exactly as it should and has been a great addition to our B2B operations. Support was excellent—Jonas, in particular, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great app and even better support team. Helped every challenge we had with the implementation quickly and competently.

Lots of options and configurability which allow for almost unending possibilities when offering discounts and shipping options to customers. Technical support is very knowledgeable and quick to provide solutions.
