This app is the perfect solution if you want to utilize B2B functions but don't have the sales to justify upgrading to Shopify Plus. Jennie and Nguyen Tien Hau have provided great support in setting up our system and making some small customizations to our theme. They have been very responsive and a great help in answering all our questions.

Great app, with even greater customer service. Jena and Dong Le Trung helped us create custom Registration forms for our store. They had no issues with any of the prototype design we sent over, and they designed the form exactly how we wanted with proper functionality as well. I used this application for our wholesaler project. I was quite worry because we have a lot of challenges such as multi currencies, multi languages, retail and wholesaler prices, etc. The support team is really attentive and responsive! They not only fix your problem but reach out after a few days to see how things are going, test things, and implement specific solutions fast. I don't have enough good things to say about Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Hoa Xuan Duong, Vu Phi Hung and Jonas. Terrific team of people.
We did a major customization for our wholesale side of the website and it was thanks to this app and its support, especially to Emma and Leorio. They both are great and able to give us the customization we need based on the requirements we gave them. Although we are in two different time zones - 12 hours apart, they will get back to me the very next day.

Just got the app set up with a huge thanks to Jolie Nguyen and Le Trung Dong. So far it's doing exactly what it advertises, intuitive to use I didn't have to watch any tutorial to understand how to create rules. If you do need help the support team is very quick.
I'll report back if anything changes as we roll out our wholesale program but so far so great.

We encountered some problems after installation, and the technicians helped us solve them responsibly. The customer service is also very patient to answer my questions, and will give timely feedback to the questions. Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store.
