They are very nice and patient, especially if you are new to the process. Emma was super sweet and helpful. She even offered to check my settings and then gave me some helpful tips to improve our customers' experiences.

This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.
