We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning registration form and wholesale set up. The support team, including Josephine and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong have been AMAZING!! They walked us through the process to configure their app to work for our site. The B2B Wholesale Solution App with all of it functions provides exactly the required features, a b2b and b2c store needs. Technically it is really great to use, we had no bugs at all. Especially Emma & the App Support Team were absolutely helpful and were assisting us perfectly during setup, launch & afterwards. Really fast support reply time and solving upcoming issues easily. Being new to Shopify (coming from Magento), BSS was a name I recognised - I decided to go with their Wholesale solution because it ticked all the boxes that their Magento equivalent did. There were a few issues (mainly with me) but they were always happy to assist and did so very fast. Would recommend this to ANYONE looking to have a retail/wholesale combo store (We're UK based and it works perfect with IOSS)

Being new to setting up a B2B commerce solution for the business, which can be quite daunting in the beginning, Jennie and the team have been a fantastic (and friendly) help, always quick to respond with either fixes, answers or regular updates if our requirements are a little more complex, which has felt really reassuring!! I feel confident about working with this app and the team as the website and business evolves and grows.

Tried to partner with this app because it looked ideal and had good reviews. Being in Australia, we were directed to an office in Vietnam. Had a rushed demo and then we sent an email with one single question. A "ticket" was sent to us but had no content. Followed up a few times seeking an answer or more info. No replies to the emails. Eventually sent one saying will you assist, or should I give up? No response. Very disappointed.

The support I have experienced thus far has been great! Most recently, I required some custom front end development work to display hidden prices on my B2B Cart page. I was using 2-3 other apps alongside BSS Commerce , which resulted in hidden product pricing. Within 24-hours of contacting Josephine Dao and Hai NN, the solution was resolved with a few lines of liquid code. I was completely hands off and they managed to solve everything for me.

B2B Wholesale is a really fantastic app for all sites that want to implement a powerful B2B wholesale solution.
We can customize the prices according to the customers, multicurrencies, dual display prices and especially the possibility to edit the forms with a VAT number control for Europe with VIES.
The support is responsive and always tries to develop solutions to help us in our work.
