Wow is all I can say! Thank you, Sebastian! You have been incredible to work with! I appreciate working with this team, they've been phenomenal. Sebastian has truly gone above and beyond and I'm so grateful!
I’ve had an excellent experience using the BSS app on Shopify. The app is very well-built, easy to use, and offers exactly the functionality I needed for my store. Everything works smoothly, and it is helping improve both the customer experience and the overall efficiency of my webshop.
What truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer support. Ines was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with every question and customization I needed. No matter the issue, she always found a solution quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before closing the conversation.
It’s rare to find support this dedicated and helpful nowadays, and because of Ines, my experience with BSS has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking for reliable features combined with exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Ines!
Just what I was looking for. Great support!!
Für mich als deutschen Händler war die Kommunikation etwas zäh - allein schon wegen der Zeitverschiebung. Aber der Support war extrem freundlich und am Ende hilfreich.
Die App macht genau was sie soll und ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Excellent support with resolving queries.

BSS has been very easy to install and customer suport was fast, helpful, and effective. We've only tested it so far but it seems easy to use and intuitive. A special thanks to Hannah from customer service who's been a gem. Thank you :)
