BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

We are using BSS B2B Solution for our business and we are extremely satisfied with both the app and the support team.

The app offers powerful B2B features that perfectly fit our needs, especially the pricing management and customer-specific functionalities, which help us manage our wholesale operations smoothly and efficiently.

We recently experienced a technical issue, and Emma and Lux from the support team assisted us. They responded very quickly, were highly professional, and resolved the problem in no time. Their communication was clear, friendly, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process.

It’s rare to find such fast and dedicated support. Emma and Lux truly made a difference and gave us great confidence in continuing to use BSS B2B Solution for our business.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

As a newcomer to the B2B online merchanting world, the team at BSS B2B has been brilliant to enable it to be as successful as possible. Ines has been extremely helpful in understanding our specific needs and working them through with us to ensure our Shopify site is working as it needs to in conjunction with the BSS B2B app. I would recommend this app for its ease of use as well as knowing that there is a helpful, supportive and responsive team behind you. Thanks again Ines!

Alena and Ruby went above and beyond when helping us integrate the app on an unsupported theme. Their development team helped edit the theme directly and carried on making updates until it met our business requirements. I'm very happy to give them a 5* review for the BSS B2B solution and the effort they put in will keep it being an integral part of our solution for a long time to come.

For our B2B webshop, it is important that certain products can only be ordered in specific quantities or multiples. The Order Increment feature gives us exactly the flexibility we need and integrates smoothly into our Shopify store.

What we also really appreciate is the excellent support from the BSS team. Whenever we have a question or encounter an issue, they respond quickly, take the time to understand our specific setup, and actively work towards a solution.

A very useful feature, backed by a professional and responsive support team. Highly recommended for B2B Shopify stores.
