I think what separates BSS from other apps is their customer service. I can tell you they are hands down the most attentive customer service. They talk the time to walk you through any questions or issues. And for me that is crucial because I am not savvy when it comes to building my pages and they were super patient with me while I asked a million questions on how to. I highly recommend them.
So helpful and kind. Loved that I actually got a "meeting" to fix my issue.
New user but so far onboarding service has been great. App also is pretty flexible and versatile with my needs.
We had some issues with the Volume Pricing feature not working in our store, but the support from the BSS B2B team was excellent and the feature is now working perfectly. Thank you to both Ryan and Lux from BSS B2B for their help.

We've been implementing BSS B2B Solution for our professional haircare wholesale store and the experience has been very positive.
