BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

BSS has been very easy to install and customer suport was fast, helpful, and effective. We've only tested it so far but it seems easy to use and intuitive. A special thanks to Hannah from customer service who's been a gem. Thank you :)

We've been using BSS B2B Wholesale Solution to add a trade customer side to our Shopify store, and it's working really well. Custom pricing rules, discounted prices across product pages, collections, cart and checkout, and all running smoothly.

Special thanks to Emma & Lux on the support team, who were responsive throughout setup and coordinated a quick fix with their developers when we hit a theme-specific edge case.

The app is very intuitive, but the most important aspect is the support, which works extremely well, always ready to help with everything, from the simplest to the most complex problems.

Their support is great they are very quick to response and find a solution to the problem we are having. Our sale price was not showing up on the product page and they were able to fix it less than 24hours. They are truly very good on problem solving and their support. I truly like that I'm able to chat with them and find a solution to our problems that day if not less than 24 hours.

If Tom is anything to go by, the crew at BSS is fabulous.

Tom was excellent, helped me set up the B2B app and also identified another app I needed called Lock. He helped me set that up also. His explanations were easy for me to grasp too.

Up till now I have had several points of contact with the team at BSS all of which have been excellent and Tom just topped that off.
