We are in the process of finalizing the setup of this app for our jewelry website. The support team has been extremely helpful and quick to support our needs. We had a few custom requirements and the support team was able to quickly understand and find solutions for us.
Lovely people, and fast support. Great functions
Their support team is phenomenal! They are always quick to respond, and work with you to provide exactly what your store needs. Sebastian in particular has been great to work with, always friendly and happy to help. We have used other BSS apps as well, and are always happy with the results. Would highly recommend this app and company to others!
Ruby was awesome!! Dealt with the Registration Form issue right away so we could back to business. Thanks BSS
Excellent features, highly intuitive, and top-tier support! The team went above and beyond by hopping on a call to understand our exact business needs and provide expert guidance. Plus, they quickly accommodated our request to add a custom price strikethrough feature. Outstanding customer service all around.
