1/23/24 update: I am still receiving wonderful customer service from BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution! We recently changed our name and domain to walstonarchitecturalproducts.com and they helped us transition smoothly.

I found this app because I need customers in my shop to register and await approval by us, prior to shopping. The App solved this problem but I had issues with some functionalities regarding the approval of customers (it said invalid email adress, even if I knew the adress would work). However, the support team was very fast and started to work on the issue an hour after i reported the problem. Within short time, Josephine Dao and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong from the team solved the issue and it was a pleasure working with them.

This app is great, it meets all of our B2B needs and is easy to understand. Even when we got stuck on some parts and needed some redesigning work to fit our website and company needs, we contacted the team and Jena Nguyen and dev Bui Thanh Phong resolved our issue with fast and professional turn around throughout. This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. We highly recommend the app and are assured we can count on their support team.

I have been using the application for several weeks on my store and I am very satisfied.

The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it.

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. Developers Trinh Viet Anh & Nguyen Quoc Cuong as well as Jonas as the support agent were very responsive and helpful in working with us to get the wholesale store set up. Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application.
I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms.
They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

We strongly recommend the app. The functions of the app are well structured and clear. At the beginning we had some issues with the setup. But the support consisting of Joy Nguyen (our contact person), and the developers Mai Van Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Hai helped us within a very short time. They were very friendly, kind and very helpful.

This app has been excellent for our business. Allowing for separate logins, pricing based on customer accounts and allowing us to easily group customers based on their registration forms.
