BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

I have had the app installed for a few months. It is full of features but it is also unreliable and has a fair share of bugs. The pricing has failed MULTIPLE times and charged customers full price instead of the discounted rate. Previously (not in the past 2 months) the "servers" have also failed and caused customers to see and be charged full pricing. Now today I have added new products to custom pricing lists and the discounts are not working. It's really fustrating to pay $50/m for an app that is not reliable.

Great app to allow us to provide Trade Application and pricing for our customers. We have a complicated site so the team were super helpful in helping us develop this to our needs.

Thank you!

This is app works great for all your custom needs to add B2B/Wholesale functions to your site. On top of that, the best part is the team behind it. They are very responsive and can meet all your changes and demands regarding repairs or tweaks to the features and functions of the app. They can even create custom features that you need to add, their team is highly capable developers and can execute your concept very well.

Our company is very pleased with the app and their amazing service! Special mention to Joy the service agent who communicated and helped us all the way!

Great app, very easy to use, many different features like wholesale discount codes with time limit or usage limit, available customizations and many other things. Jena was super helpful and patient doing the installation and most important showing me how the app works.

This is a great add on to Shopify. The custom pricing feature as well as customer registration is what I've used. It enables us to setup B2B functionality for our store. The support has been great and quick to address the issues as they have come up. Overall a good app.

Quick respond from the customer service and they helped me to set up the application. I had some changes to made with the initial look and it was possible.
It's easy to handle and it was a great way to have special pricing for our B2B customers.
Can really recommend this app.

My highest Appreciation to the team, one of the best and timely support.
The understanding on the shopify and customer requirement is excellent.
I recommend this app 100% , you will not regret this decision.
They clearly know the boundaries and are focused on the area of expertise , if you need any additional feature beyond their scope would need an developer from your side to go around.

This app is doing exactly what I need, I really appreciate all the help from Jena Nguyen in getting me setup properly. This app is definitely allowing us to setup some special pricing, both for individual products, and for preferred customers. I have more to learn to take full advantage of all the things it will do, and I feel confident that if I get stuck, help is not far away! Thanks for all the help Jena! - Gary
