This app has been a game-changer for our wholesale operations.
The B2B Solution offers everything we need to manage bulk orders and custom pricing efficiently. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional customer support. Lux went above and beyond to help us configure the settings to fit our exact business needs. It is rare to find such dedicated support. Thank you, Lux, and the development team!
Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback! It’s wonderful to know that our team could help you get everything configured and working the way you needed. ❤️
We’re especially glad you had a great experience with Lux. We truly appreciate your trust in us, and if you ever need a hand with anything else, just drop us a message. We’ll be here to help! 🙌
5555555555555555555555555555555555-Hannah is outstanding. even though its taking awhile to get all set up, i am kept n the loop then entire time for every step. The reviews were not wrong you have the best customer service ive encountered hand down compared to everything, even shopify. I asked for assistance on setting up my business registration form, but was advised it was outside there business hours. When I checked the next morning, the form was set up and integrated on the page and button I wanted it on. AMAZING. The follow-thru is hands down the best i've encountered since starting my business.
Wow, this review truly made our day! ❤️ Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed experience.
We’re so happy to hear that Hannah kept you informed throughout the process and made sure everything was set up just the way you needed. It’s especially wonderful to know that you woke up to find your registration form ready and integrated exactly where you wanted it. 😊
Your kind words about our customer service and follow-through mean so much to us. We’ll definitely make sure Hannah sees this! Thank you for trusting us with your business, and whenever you need us, we’ll be here to help. 🙌
Excellent support and a great B2B solution for Shopify!
We experienced an issue where our B2B Price Lists stopped applying after republishing our theme. The support team responded quickly, created an internal ticket, and kept us informed throughout the investigation.
The developers were able to identify the root cause, implement a compatible fix for our theme, and restore the B2B pricing functionality without affecting our existing setup. After testing on our end, everything is working perfectly again.
We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and dedication of the support and development teams. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that needs reliable wholesale and B2B features.
This app is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a b2b app. You can give unlimited specific pricing to collections and to specific people. I had issues with it working with another discount app I had installed, and Ines helped me immediately and fixed the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Audrey and the rest of the support team have been very helpful!
Thanks, Lena and the team, for the great support in fixing our pricing and tax exemption issues. Everything is working smoothly now！
Very happy with the app and especially the customer support. The team responds quickly, is very helpful, and made the necessary custom adjustments in no time. Great service! Highly recommended!
I received a dedicated support agent within less than 24 hours and all my problems were explained and solved as well within that short time frame. I can only recommend working with this company!
