Outstanding Customer Support, Even With Complex Technical Issues!

We've been using BSS Commerce B2B for nearly a year, and I can't say enough good things about their support team. They have consistently been incredibly helpful, responsive, and dedicated to assisting us whenever we need them.

Running a Shopify store with both retail and wholesale customers can present some unique challenges. We've encountered everything from basic configuration questions to complex technical issues involving wholesale pricing, customer registration, third-party applications, and integrations.
