Bad Customer ti aiuta a evitare di spedire articoli ai clienti che hanno l'abitudine di richiedere chargeback per i loro acquisti o di effettuare richieste di rimborso eccessive. Abbiamo deciso di dire basta. Bad Customer non è come gli altri strumenti antifrode. La maggior parte degli strumenti antifrode utilizza algoritmi per cercare di rilevare attività sospette. Noi riteniamo che la soluzione sia molto meno complicata: identifichiamo i “bad customer” esaminando la loro cronologia di chargeback su altri siti.
- Identifica i clienti che hanno richiesto chargeback su altri siti.
- Segnala gli ordini destinati a caselle postali o quando gli indirizzi di fatturazione e spedizione si trovano in stati diversi.
- Segnala gli ordini dei clienti che creano più account.

Unfortunately, it was broken from the get-go. When trying to verify my email address for notifications, I never received the email.
Would be a great app if you could search emails or addresses after you input them. Our list is long and it's a pain to have to look through the whole thing to find one customer to see why they are blocked. Please add a search feature!

Exactly what I needed: I add a customer's email or address in the black list and I get notified by email when the customer makes an order! Great!
