This app is amazing. I used to bulk generate EAN codes for my products and it saved me a significant amount of time. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to bulk generate EAN, GTIN Barcodes for their store.

I'm glad Barcode Finder helped you quickly find the correct GTINs for your products and saved you time.

Thank you for your support and for helping other merchants discover the app!

Hardly works. Not a single item I looked up was found, even thought they are highly popular items to look up.

What's bad about it is, (testing with free credits) even when nothing is found, credits are consumed.
So they are practically a search credit, not a matching credit.

Bad pricing model.

We appreciate your feedback. Please reach out to support so we can review the specific items you searched for. I would like to understand why GTINs were not identified for the popular items you tested.

You also raise a fair point about charging the same amount when no GTIN is found. There is a cost associated with performing an unsuccessful search, so it may not be possible to make those searches free. However, we are looking at changing the pricing model so that searches where a GTIN is not found cost significantly less than searches that return a match.

I would appreciate the opportunity to review your examples, understand why they weren't found, and get more of your feedback. This app fills a very specific niche, and feedback from merchants using it with real products and use cases is important as we continue to improve the product.
