Ivy was incredibly patient in helping set this up and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. She really was great in helping to solve our set-up problems which involved a thermal label printer.

This was one of the best support chats I have experienced in any app in the Shopify App Store, Ivy was quick, to the point and helped me solve my problem! Thank you! I will be using MS Retail Barcode Labels as much as possible!

What can I say, the app is great and easy to generate and print labels in bulk , user friendly and support from Ivy is phenomenal. She is quick to respond and very easy to work with, helped with all my silly requests!!

Out of all the apps I have used on the Shopify App store this has to be the best the support from Ivy was second to none and she stayed with for for 1.5 hours helped me setup the system and design labels, do not hesitate in getting this app it is a no brainer!!! Labels work perfectly and it is easy to use! THANK YOU so much Ivy you are a superstar!!!

This has been a great tool for our small business. When I needed help, the staff went above and beyond to assist me.

We have left a review prior, but we wanted to highlight a certain individual!

Ivy has truly gone above and beyond to help our store, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Her positivity and enthusiasm to help greatly shows when we are being helped.

From assisting us with hasty replies, and a detailed walk through on how to solve problems, we couldn't ask for more!

Thank you, Ivy, for your hard work and dedication—you’ve made a lasting difference!

The app is easy to figure out and set up, and should you have any issues their customer service is absolutely brilliant! Their staff were able to help me figure out some printing issues and modified a template for me so things fit perfectly.

100% recommend this app. customer service is very helpful, they get any issues resolved at most in 2 days if its complex and theyre kind too. best experience ive had using a barcode app- cant recommend them enough!!
