Excellent customer service.
Ivy went above and beyond to help me adjust the label setup to fit the exact labels I have. She made sure everything was aligned and printing properly. The level of customer support was exceptional.

Super helpful in configuring our custom label, as our label size/type was not originally in the list to choose from. Monica designed a custom label exactly how we needed it!
Ivy professionally worked through our problem. She made the process straightforward although I am not great on the computer.
