The app works easily and well and the help and support from Ivy was excellent.
Although the SKU coding was not understandable to me, Ivy was so helpful and understood what I want and helped me do what was needed, fast and clearly.
Tech support was able to troubleshoot my issue with the labels
The support is very kind, helpful, reacts quickly, we like to work with them and with the app.
