I like the design/look of the offer box. However, the only issue was the final offer price feature is not 100% accurate ...even when I set up for my customers to get up to 50% off, they are getting a little less.
Thank you for the honest review — it seems we didn’t do a good enough job explaining how our app works in the App Store listing.
The entire purpose of BATNA is discount personalization. It carefully analyzes the data it collects while interacting with your customers and determines the appropriate discount size accordingly.
We never guarantee that a customer will receive the maximum discount you’ve set in the admin panel. In fact, it’s quite the opposite: BATNA works to offer the smallest possible discount that is still likely to close the sale, helping you secure the order while preserving as much of your margin as possible.
If you’d like to learn more about how the system works, I’d be happy to explain everything in detail during a short Zoom call. Just let me know: https://calendly.com/slava-batna
The app works flawlessly, delivering a noticeable boost in conversions! The tech support is fast, friendly, and highly responsive.
Assolutamente consigliata!! 10++
Cool innovative solution to activate and engage customers to buy more. It also adds a kind of gamification to the purchase process.
Would definitely recommend it!
