Was once a good program, now nothing works until we notify them and then they may fix it soon, not always.
No integration with POS even on the $199USD plan.
Support says "Send me screenshots", then i have to ask online customers from across the world to re-create the issue. So much friction.

It is hard getting people to register their email, give product reviews, and follow us on social media. They really must be motivated to do so.
