As a brand owner, I don’t like not having control over how discounts are handed out. We could be giving away margins to customers who were going to buy anyway.

So we tested on a small percentage of our traffic, and early results are encouraging enough that we're expanding the rollout.

Setup was easy. The team helped us with the process. Suggestions were turned into small changes to the product.

I've read the stories about AI agents inventing discounts their companies then had to honor. That was our worry here, you hand an AI your pricing and find out later what it decided to do with it.

Behavio doesn't work that way.
There's no chatbot for a customer to talk into anything.
It picks from a range we set, the codes are single-use and expire in minutes, and when we already have a sale running it simply doesn't fire.

What surprised me is how often it chooses to do nothing at all.
Most of our visitors never see an offer.
It only steps in when someone is genuinely stuck or leaving.

And it keeps a control group running permanently, so we can see what it's actually contributing rather than taking credit for sales we'd have made anyway.

Setup took about a minute.
Support has help us with any questions or concerns.
