Best Before Discounts

Automatic markdowns by expiry date. Cut food waste by uploading a simple CSV of discounts.

Best Before Discounts automates markdowns on products that are close to their expiry date, so you sell stock before you have to throw it away. Upload a CSV with the SKU, expiry date, promotion period and discount. The app schedules the reduced price and restores the original price when the offer ends — no spreadsheets and no manual price changes. Built for grocery, food and drink stores, and any business with perishable stock that wants to protect margin and reduce waste.

• Schedule automatic markdowns based on each product's expiry date
• Import SKUs, expiry dates, discounts and offer periods in bulk via CSV
• Restore the original price automatically when each promotion ends
• Preview and simulate every change before it updates your store
• Keep an auditable log of every import, SKU and price change
