Mergify: Combine, Merge Orders

Needs to be easier to 'unmerge' orders. its not very user friendly and you cannot search the orders to unmerge, you have to manually look at each order number,

Great customer service and support.

The team are friendly, responsive and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to answer my questions and were willing to discuss customisations to suit our workflow. It's refreshing to deal with a company that's so approachable and customer-focused. Highly recommended.

The shipping savings add up. At first we only used it occasionally, but now we check it regularly because it helps keep fulfillment cleaner and cheaper.

Mergify is one of those small tools that just makes daily work easier. It catches a problem we used to handle manually, and now our team spends less time checking orders one by one.

This app is great for those "oops, customer ordered again" moments. Instead of sending two packages to the same address, we can merge the orders and ship once. Very helpful.

Mergify has honestly helped us more than I expected. We get customers who place another order right after the first one, and before this app we would sometimes ship them separately without noticing. Now it is much easier to catch and combine them.

Mergify has cleaned up our shipping workflow. We like that we can control how the merged order is created and what happens to the original orders. It feels flexible without being complicated.

Great for saving time and shipping costs. Instead of creating separate labels for orders that can ship together, we use Mergify to merge them into one order. It is easy to use and gives us enough control to fit our workflow.

We use this program all the time and it works great for us and our customers.
Whenever there has been a problem, the team has been great to work on and and respond promptly.

I like that it does not feel overcomplicated. We can merge orders manually when we want to check everything ourselves, and use suggestions when we want to move faster.
