A customer placed two separate small orders by mistake, and I found out that Mergify could help combine orders so I can consolidate the orders to ship as one shipment. As a first time user of Mergify, I encountered some issues merging the two orders. I set up a call with Mergify on Saturday 9.30am and I told Aliz from Mergify the problem I encountered, he was able to identify the problem quickly and although it was something that needed to involve his team to fix it. By 10.52am the same day he emailed me confirming the issue was fixed. I was finally able to ship out the merged orders to my customer. Aliz was incredibly efficient and helpful!
Great order-merging solution for Shopify stores. Reliable performance and a real time-saver for daily operations.
We’ve contacted support multiple times with serious issues. Still no reply. Very disappointing.

This app suggests orders from the same customer that could be merged, avoids orders that appear mergable, but were shipped to different names, and refunds the duplicate shipping charge for me automatically. Genius!
I like that it does not feel overcomplicated. We can merge orders manually when we want to check everything ourselves, and use suggestions when we want to move faster
This app works great to merge orders and when I had questions about functionality, the support team worked with me to better understand what was happening. My only desire would be for the documentation to be a little more clear, but other than that, no complaints.

The app is easy to install and use. We strongly recommend it! We were able to understand the app's different features pretty quickly due to their video tutorials and docs.
Thanks for your kind review!
If you encounter any vagueness in the app's features usage, we'd really appreciate hearing about it.
Easily integrates with my Shopify store to automatically combine orders from the same address. Highly recommended!
Thanks for your kind review!
Our focus will remain on providing excellent service.
Happy merging with Mergify!
Such a handy app! It helped me manage my store's orders efficiently. I did all the merging stuff manually before; it created a nightmare situation, especially in campaigns. With this app, I've set up automatic merging rules, and it does all the dirty stuff by itself! The reduction in time and complexity it provides for me is invaluable!
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with the app! It's great to hear that it has been such a valuable tool in managing your store's orders more efficiently. I'm glad that the automatic merging rules have eased managing orders during campaigns. We appreciate your feedback and hope to continue providing you with useful features in the future!
