We are a startup company from China, and our target market is in the Middle East. Using this software has been incredibly helpful for our business.
However, I noticed that Arabic is not currently available as a language option, and I hope this can be improved in future updates.
Aside from that, everything else is very user-friendly, and we really enjoy using it.

This app seemed to be great at the beginning when i was setting up, but i dont receive any notifications when folks are on the site. The multilanguage ability also has glitches that dont allow me to properly transalte some english to french. Seemd promising at first though

So far I'm finding the app very easy to use and the AI fairly refined in the process of learning and answering customers. Quite easy to use, from install to get it up and running. Had a notification problem with my iOS app but customer support was quick and a reinstall solved it.

looks good but when i install their smartbot, they don't seem to integrate together which is a bad thing, we cannot have two chats on one website. the logic should be smartbot -> human livechat. seems don't have such option on this.

It is a very useful app. You can install the reply software on your mobile phone. You can reply to customers in time even if you are not in front of the computer. The relevant reply information can also be customized. It also includes an email reply function. So far so good. I hope that will be updated with some capabilites in the future. Would be nice for AI to be able to create orders and checkout links.
