Amazing app. Made everything much easier for users. Thank you for founding this app seriously.
It's overly 'smart' and a bit out of control. It promised an immediate reshipment to a customer (even committed to delivery time!) when we were offline without any consent from us or notification afterwards - this has caused a big customer frustration and related financial loss.
