There is an issue in the app.

I have paid for the subscription as well.
Seems to be working very well so far. They have certainly been responsive this week.

Can you give us access to the store?
We didn't get a support request only a negative review, we are here to help.
Provided it isn't annoying customers I feel it gives your website a bit more credibility and authentication.
I got charged and not once it was shown on my site. NEVER replied to chat support and just a waste of money and time
