The customer support on this app is the BEST. I know that I will get a quick reply with the answer I need.

this is a game changer app for metrics and reports, and the customer service is always available to customize for you every report you need.
5deserved stars

Sometimes I can't find what i'm looking for. Building your own reports is possible, but not the easiest. After reading through the reviews. I read the support can create almost anything for you. And yes for sure, they did that.

Awesome and very quick support!

L'équipe est très réactive et à réussie à comprendre mes demandes très rapidement. Je suis très satisfaite

Better Reports has been pivotal for us getting the detailed information we needed from our Shopify store.

The customer support for Better Reports is incredible! If I need a report but I'm having a hard time generating it myself, the team will not only generate the report for me but also walk me through step-by step on how to do it!

thanks claudia!

Great reporting, gave me much better detail data than Shopify normally can provide. Also customer support is fantastic, they often respond in an hour and fix whatever I have asked for when I can't figure it out

Great and fast support. Thanks Ciara for your help.
