This is the only app I have found compatible with Shopify Bundles so I'm so pleased! The team at Better Reports are amazing, the communication is seamless and we have felt so supported when setting up custom reports - highly recommend :)
I was dreading setting up a proper data transfer and ETL processes as a solo entrepreneur. For small business owners who enjoy data analytics but don't have the time and/or resources to set up a proper data warehouse, this app is amazing. Very happy customer.
I have reached out to Better Reports a handful of times for creating custom reports, and each time they have responded within 24 hours and guided me with the creation. Definitely worth the subscription and amazing customer service. SO NICE to be able to immediately talk to a human, and get efficient help.
customer experience is amazing! Keanna and Kritesh are always incredible, very knowledgable and helpful.
Great for all the reporting needs I have with our various stores. Can easily generate new, customize and consolidate things to suit. Support staff are helpful and quick to respond - highly recommended app.
Claudia and Keanna have been very helpful. They are quick to respond and they understand my requests. Willing to make adjustments as needed, too!
I messaged Better Reports on Sunday afternoon to see if there was a report available that I needed. They came back to me on Monday morning with a custom report for me to try and it was perfect. Thanks Better Reports you definitely deserve 5*
Ingenious app with maximum flexibility and excellent support (best customer service I have ever experienced in terms of speed and quality.
Fantastic and intuitive product on its own, with even better service and attention to helping you understand your problems, provide a solution but equally educate you on helping yourself in the future.
