A much more powerful and flexible reporting system than the standard reports that come in Shopify. Easy to save custom templates that show only and exactly what you need at the click of a button. The support is quick and thorough if you need any help - they even made a custom variable for me to get my reports organized precisely as I needed them to be.

Clement has been providing excellent service for creating custom reports.

The only flaw I can see is the lack of customization on the users end.
Not being able to do something as simple as change the name of a column is a let down. Having to go through Clement each time I want a change can get annoying and slow my workflow.

I truly can't say enough good things about Clement and his team. Not only were they extremely responsive and helpful, but they took our honest feedback and even incorporated our request into their app. This is outstanding. We requested a feature and just a few days later, they added it. Truly incredible support and friendly service. True professionals that care about customer service. Have just started using Better Reports and so far so great! I've been able to get detailed inventory reports with cost and retail (not available in other apps) as well as great sales reports. I've always argued these features should be part of Shopify but at least this app provides it. I wish it was a little cheaper but with the amount of time it will save me trying to create reports and harvest data it will be worth the $40/month. Also, the response has been very fast and helpful with creating custom reports and helping me schedule them. I'm very pleased with Better Reports!

Better Reports is providing our organization with significant value both in terms of analytics that go way beyond shopify's native reporting limitations and time saved by our staff who used to spend hours cobbling together KPIs and now can do it in minutes. Our business use of shopify plus is quite customized and sophisticated compared to the "out of the box" configuration and we needed a reporting app that can be similarly customized. The app support team is very accessible and willing to help customize more complex reports when needed, although the UI is fairly simple to learn for configuring our own saved reports. Overall this is a great investment offering immediate ROI by providing superior data visualization to drive strategy at a higher level, as well as enabling increased efficiencies.

Can I rate it 10 stars? This, by far, is one of the most intuitive, robust apps I have every used in Shopify after developing four sites for various clients. While there are dozens of thoughtful, well designed, pre-made reports included, the real beauty of this product is the custom report function. I can't say enough about the flexibility and ease of use. All of the data is there, including original order-level line item data. Creating reports is as simple as drag and drop and you can create a variety of report types including matrix and charts.

The customer service is unparalleled and when I identified a need, it was incorporated in the the app by the next day. His email said it had value for all his clients so he was happy to get it done quickly. Now that, is service.

If you are concerned about the cost of the app I can tell you from experience it is far more powerful than the custom report function Shopify offers in its $299/mo version...so go for the lower version of Shopify and supplement it with this app...it is worth it! Great job Clement!

Been using this app to get reports from our system. Does a great job, even if you don't really know what you are doing. And an even better job if you do. :)
