BR ‑ Better Reports

Amazing and Ciara has built some fantastic reports for me. Nothing is too much trouble and she's gone above and beyond. Ciara is a credit to the company and the reporting software is amazing

Claudia is a lifesaver to me, always there to answer any questions and correct anything I may have screwed up lol! Better Reports has the BEST customer service of any company I have ever worked with.

We've used the Better Reports app since 2021. It's great. Additionally, the BR customer service team has gone over and above each time we've had a special report request or app adjustment. They're a pleasure to work with every time.

I've downloaded this app on all my Shopify stores/clients for two reasons - the flexibility, and the customer service. I always hear back on my inquiries same day and often with multiple solutions. Great tool!
