BR ‑ Better Reports

I wanted to be able to look at different reports and inventory amount so I decided to get the Better Reports app...I am so glad I did!! I can look at totals or orders, inventory and other things from so many different angles...it really opens your eyes to everything going on in your store!!

By far the best data analysis tool I have used with Shopify. What's more I am still in the trial and was given immediate support, within minutes. I asked if a custom report was possible and they answered by producing the exact report for me. Tiia was great. Thanks guys I will be subscribing

I worked with the support team to get a sales history by SKU & "units sold" which exactly what I wanted. This saved us from upgrading our Shopify subscription. I see many other reports that will help us. Additionally using the custom reports is awesome and the support for this is top-notch.

WOW! I have to say the app is a must-have and works super well. At first, it took me some time to understand but then I got it and its very easy. What makes the app even better is the customer service. They really try to help you and if they can't, they try their best to find other solutions.

The app is really powerful, but what is really notable is how exceptional the customer service is. Every time I have a question, they come back with not only a more than satisfactory answer, but they go ahead and build or fix the report that I was having trouble with. I'm definitely impressed.

Easy to use, they are also very prompt anytime we've every had any questions. Also, the app itself is very flexible…we were able to build several custom reports within an hour of downloading that we never could have built using Shopify's pre-built features. WOW! Pretty much sums it up! Same day service, usually just hours til that report Shopify doesn’t have is made by Better Reports team and ready to use. Best $20 I spend a month to have reports look just like my old POS used to have them set up, so everyone is still on the same page when we talk numbers!

A bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use but can be powerful once you get the hang of it. Customer Service is very helpful and responds quickly when you have questions. They will also build out custom reports for you if you describe the parameters and will work with you to tweak them as needed.

I use this app to create and use various custom reports in addition to the standard existing reports. Its fairly simple to use and you can tweak the existing reports to suit your needs.
Customer support is quick to respond and gives additional tips based on your queries.
