BR ‑ Better Reports

The Better Reports app and team have drastically increased our productivity. Their out-of-box reports are great and offer quick and concise reporting. However, it is the customization that helps us the most! Their team is also very responsive and helps prepare the custom reports if required (usually within a day or so).

This app is amazing. There were so many limitations to the stock reporting and this app gives me literally unlimited reporting with any data points I desire. I needed some help and the dev team helped me make some custom reports I needed the same day. I have never strongly recommended an app so strongly as this one.

I have been looking for an app to provide better reporting than what Shopify current has. I should have known that I just needed to look for "Better Reports".

This app is amazing! I haven't yet found a report that I am not able to either view or create using their report creator.

BEST SUPPORT EVER! I asked for help with a custom report and they responded within minutes. After a few revisions the report was exactly what I needed. They even sent a video showing me how to make a couple tweaks to reports myself. If you need better reports than Shopify gives you by default you will NOT regret getting this app.

The experts at Better Reports were so helpful in creating custom reports that have made bookkeeping 1000 times easier. They have pre made reports that are very beneficial as well, but anything else we needed they were happy to create while also explaining why there is so much nuance with the Shopify reports. Customer service is outstanding - I often hear back the same day of reaching out. They offer tips to create reports and if there isn't a feature available to get the data you're looking for, they'll create a custom report for you. There are several variables I hope will added to the filter list. Overall great app and worth the price.

We just started trialing Better Reports and so far I'm very happy with the support that we have received. We needed to create a custom report and the agent helping me (Claudia) stayed on and worked on the report until we were satisfied.
