BR ‑ Better Reports

Phenomenal experience with better reports. We were in the midst of a Sales and Use Tax audit from the state and the auditors were requesting very specific reports that I was worried I wouldn't be able to produce due to Shopify's limited reporting options. I was so thankful to find Better Reports because they were able to create the exact reports I was needing for the audit. This helped tremendously and may have even saved me some money as well. The team is extremely responsive when I had questions as well. A true 10/10 experience.

Great software, very responsive customer support that created a custom report for me in no time !! Saved me a lot of hours figuring out. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Farnaz !

great service -quick and effective
I described my complicated report and almost immediately it was in my email, made changes and there it was.
My only complaint is its really complicated to do myself and the price $400 is really high when the competition is $50

The Better Reports team has been extremely helpful! The app can generate any report you could ever dream up and with the support teams help they can walk you through how to create any and all custom reports you want. I spent hours trying to figure out how to get Shopify to give me what I wanted and one email later to Better Reports it was done for me and it was exactly what I wanted!

Truly opens up the reporting capabilities of Shopify. The canned reports are extensive and the custom reporting capabilities are endless. And their support team is outstanding. Their responses are quick, and they have been most helpful.

Better Reports immediately saved our company multiple hours every week! The team is great and helped us make custom reports quickly. Highly recommend!

Better reports is a great app for Shopify. Customer service is quick to respond to an inquiry about questions on a report or creating a new one. They have been attentive and extremely helpful in all the questions I continue to have. Our company would be lost without this app. If you have Shopify, I highly recommend the Better Reports App.

This company is the best of the best. Response times are very fast. Everyone on staff is a delight. The custom reports they have done for our company have been a game changer. Highly recommend them. I have never been disappointed.

I knew I needed more detailed reporting to help grow my Shopify store and decided to give Better Reports a try. They have a wide range of reports already available but when I reached out via support they were able to create 4 custom reports for me within a day. No hassle, no need to waste hours trying to figure out how to set it up myself. Amazing customer service!

Better Reports has been a go-to reporting tool for us. The data points available to us are robust compared to Shopify's default analytics and reporting options.

Their help desk is also quick, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend this app for literally anyone who uses Shopify.
